Once your pallet is safely secured and loaded, it’s transported to our nearest Palletways hub. From here the freight is processed and assigned to one of our delivery members

Before booking a collection, there
are a few things you should know
Pallet deliveries are made to a kerbside location.
We can only collect from or deliver to ground level locations.
Pallets can be collected or delivered on solid surfaces that facilitate pump truck operation.
Pallet weight must not exceed 1000 kg.
Two man installed delivery service not available on standard delivery.
Driver will not enter your premises to collect or deliver your pallet.
We cannot collect or deliver pallets on steep inclines.
We cannot collect or deliver pallets on gravel drives.
Please specify if you require a tail lift for your pallet.
Packaging Requirements. All pallets...
MUST NOT
be top heavy and be able to withstand being transhipped six times.
MUST NOT
overhang the edges of the pallet.
MUST NOT
exceed the dimensions of the size of pallet entered.
MUST
be stable when packed or placed on the pallet.
MUST
be firmly and properly secured with either plastic shrink wrap or banded with either fibre or steel banding.
MUST
be sufficiently packaged to protect the goods.
